A CSA designed for a family that bakes regularly and appreciates the wholesome goodness of freshly milled whole-grain flour delivered to your door. Each month receive up to 18 lbs. of freshly milled flour.  Choose 4 items from a selection of our larger prepackaged freshly milled whole grain, flours  4 lb. sizes.  This CSA is only for our whole grain flour items. Your monthly installment will be milled and shipped to you around the 15th of each month. Products include Einkorn Flour, Emmer Flour, Rye Flour, Hard Red Wheat Flour, Hard White Flour, Spelt Flour or Sonora Flour.  Save an average of 10% on Bluebird Grain Farms flour items. Shipping within the United States is included in the price. We ship to all 50 states. 

Each month you will receive an e-mail from our coordinator requesting your next month’s selection of products.  CSA’s are flexible; you can always delay a monthly share or gift your share to someone else.  Shipping is included in the price. Plan on a 4 to 5 day delivery time once your CSA has shipped.
