As I reorder tonight, my last review for today. Have had great success with Vort Limpa (Swedish rye with fruit). Looking forward to trying more including roggebrood (a nod to my upbringing) and crackers. Great texture and very consistent flour with a beautiful soft rye flavor

In October of 2022 I took a leap and purchased 50lbs of Bluebird’s Dark Rye Flour with a Danish Rye Sourdough kit.
