Get ready for a fun evening with baker and educator Laura Martin of Chiliwist & Raw, from Malott Washington. Join us for this in person event at Bluebird Grain Farms located at 19611 Highway 20, Winthrop. Laura will show you the ropes, from feeding and maintaining a lively sourdough starter to creating your very own delicious artisan sourdough boule from scratch. You’ll head home with your own sourdough starter, dough to shape and form at home, a freshly shaped boule to bake at home, 2 lb. bag of fresh milled Bluebird flour, and all the know-how you’ll need to bake up a storm this fall and winter. Let’s roll up our sleeves and get baking! Cost is $85 per person. Class is limited to 15 people.
