Our easy to make Emmer Pancake & Waffle Mix is a favorite in our community. The natural sweet nutty flavor of  emmer flour will bring fresh ground goodness to your breakfast table. High in protein, fiber and B vitamins; our pancakes are a great source of energy and nutrition for all ages.  Emmer waffles were coined a snack time favorite at our local Little Star Montessori School. Recipe included on the back of the package.  Add: milk, buttermilk, oil, egg.  2 lbs.

Our fresh milled einkorn flour is a light, soft and airy flour with a delicate sweetness. Einkorn has a simple gluten structure which makes it a wonderful alternative for people suffering from gluten sensitivities.   Great for use in any whole wheat recipe.
