Wholesale Accounts
All wholesalers must fill out our online application and be verified as a registered wholesale business. We will need the following information: UBI Number or Reseller Permit, Contact Info, E-Mail Address, Shipping Address, Billing Address.
When your wholesale application has been submitted and verified, we will request a phone call via email. Once we have connected via phone or Zoom, we will send you pricing information that matches your business profile. A username and password will be set up so you can access our online wholesale portal.
Ordering Options
To make wholesale purchases online, please fill out our wholesale application. We will review your information and contact you once you have been approved for wholesale purchases. If you are approved for terms, we will give you a wholesale account username and password so that you can have access to our wholesale online portal and place orders directly through our online store via your wholesale account.
You may also call our office toll free at 1.888.232.0331 or e-mail tiffany@bluebirdgrainfarms.com to place your orders. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call when your order is approved.
New accounts are required to pay in full prior to shipment of their first order via check or credit card. Credit applications are available for invoiced payments for registered businesses only (upon request). Payment by direct bank account link is preferred. Shipment Information
Orders between 100-500lbs may be delivered by UPS ground or US postal service.
For small wholesale accounts with a commercial address there is free shipping in Washington State.
Farm pick up is also available at no charge: you must pick up your order within 2 weeks of placing your order.
Pallet/Freight shipments are available for orders over 500lbs. FOB: Winthrop, WA. 98862. Maximum Pallet Weight: 2000 lb.
Wholesale shipping rates can vary; we will provide you with a quote for approval prior to finalizing your order.
Order Deadline
Please place orders by 3 p.m. FRIDAY for the following week delivery/shipment.
- Allow 4-5 business days for orders under 2000 lbs. to be processed and shipped.
- Orders over 2000 lbs, may take up to 10 business days to process.
- Truckloads require a minimum 2 week lead time.
- Open Monday-Friday 9-4. Closed on all major holidays.
- We do not ship freight on Saturday or Sunday.
