By demand, we have added our largest CSA share for families who want more quantity and diversity of our products. This share allows you to receive up to 20 lbs. of Bluebird products per month for 4 to 6 months. Choose from a selection of any four Bluebird Grain Farm products in our larger size packaging: 4 lb. or 5lb. sizes. Choose from a combination of the following products: Emmer Flour, Einkorn Flour, Rye Flour, Hard White Flour, Hard Red Flour, Whole Grain Emmer Farro, Whole Grain Einkorn, Hard Red Wheat Berries, Hard White Wheat Berries, Rye Berries, Split Emmer Farro, Einka and French Lentil Blend, Potlatch Pilaf, Cracked Farro Porridge, Old World Cereal Blend, Sonora Berries, Sonora Flour, Spelt Berries and Spelt Flour. Shipping within the United States is included in this price. You save an average of 10% to 15% per order by purchasing a share. A recipe booklet and information sheet will be included in your first box.
Two weeks prior to each shipment you will receive an e-mail with a Google Form from our coordinator requesting your next month’s selection of products. CSA’s are flexible; you can always delay a monthly share or gift your share to someone else. Shipping is included in the price. CSA’s can be shipped to all 50 states. Plan on a 4 to 5 day delivery time once your CSA has shipped.
