Our Emmer Pancake & Waffle Mix is a favorite in our community. The natural sweet nutty flavor of the fresh ground goodness of this grain brings a new experience to the breakfast table. High in protein, fiber and B vitamins; our pancakes are a great source of energy and nutrition for all ages. Emmer waffles were coined a snack time favorite at our local Little Star Montessori School. Recipe included on the back of the package. Add: milk, buttermilk, oil, egg. 2 lbs.

scrumptiously delicious pancakes.. for one person, simply add 1 egg, 1 oz milk, 3 oz buttermilk to 78 grams of the mix, and melt a bit of butter in the pan.
it’s that easy– I can’t recommend it highly enough. I take turns with plain maple syrup, marionberry syrup, or a few heaping spoons of homemade berry compote. thank you Bluebird Farms!

Excellent! Swap out real yogurt and milk 50/50 for the buttermilk if you don’t have it and they’re equally delicious. We love this mix and it’s so easy. We usually mix in frozen berries or fresh. My family loves this mix for pancakes. Would strongly recommend.
