I bought this after seeing a recipe in their newsletter. It’s become my daily breakfast of choice. I cook in my rice cooker and add some honey, walnuts, cranberries, cherries and cinnamon. I think I will try it with pomegranate molasses next. Thank you for highlighting- i consider this one of my fave purchases!

Awesome Oatmeal alternative. I find that it does take a little longer to cook than the bag states, but that could also be my mushiness preference. It's a more toothsome than oats, with one grain being noticeably chewy which is actually kind of nice. Maybe it's my taste of late, but I find a slight bitter edge to this blend that makes it it tough to go sweetener free, but 1 tsp of honey seems to do the trick to soften the edge and it becomes a delicious morning porridge. I also don't get the sugar spike/low from this like I do oats so it'll likely be a complete replacement for it from now on.
