Get ready for a fun evening with baker and educator Laura Martin of Chiliwist & Raw, from Malott Washington. Join us for this in person event at Bluebird Grain Farms located at 19611 Highway 20, Winthrop, WA. Laura will show you the ropes, from feeding and maintaining a lively sourdough starter to creating your very own delicious artisan 100% whole grain sourdough boule from scratch. You’ll head home with your own sourdough starter, dough to shape and form at home, a freshly shaped boule to bake at home, 2 lb. bag of fresh milled Bluebird flour, and all the know-how you’ll need to bake up a storm this fall and winter. Let’s roll up our sleeves and get baking! Cost is $95 per person. Class is limited to 15 people.
