Join local  business owner Gabe Garms for an engaging event dedicated to the flavors and versatility of miso. This unique experience will feature six soy- and gluten-free miso varieties made with non-traditional ingredients such as dandelion root, pumpkin seeds, and a range of beans.

Sample the miso pastes on their own to appreciate their distinctive flavors, and enjoy tasting three delicious dishes that highlight how miso can be incorporated into everyday meals. From savory to sweet, this event will inspire new ways to use this incredible ingredient.

Jars of miso will be available for purchase, giving you the opportunity to take home your favorites and experiment in your own kitchen.
