    I could not believe there wasn’t a review for this Pasayten Hard White Wheat Flour – Ever since I have discovered Bluebird Grain Farms, I have been baking with their flours. This particular flour is wonderful. I made banana bread using this flour and substituting sugar for honey or maple syrup. It was devoured with comments like ” I don’t know how you made this bread but it is out of this world!” I use it for flatbreads that I make with sweet potatoes mashed salt and this flour. Three ingredients and I knead and roll them out and cook them on my heavy skillet with just a drop of oil- Please continue to grow these grains!! I just purchased rye flour and einkorn flour and can’t wait to use them!!!
