In October of 2022 I took a leap and purchased 50lbs of Bluebird's Dark Rye Flour with a Danish Rye Sourdough kit. It was shipped quickly, with durable packaging for long-term storage, and a personal thank you from the company. The flour I received had the highest quality look, feel, smell, and taste for a very affordable price. I now routinely, by request, make rye sourdough breads and treats for my friends, families, and neighbors. I am VERY grateful Bluebird Grain Farms! Thank you!

As I reorder tonight, my last review for today. Have had great success with Vort Limpa (Swedish rye with fruit). Looking forward to trying more including roggebrood (a nod to my upbringing) and crackers. Great texture and very consistent flour with a beautiful soft rye flavor
