    The best farro I've ever had! I don't know why but it's impossible to find truly whole grain farro in stores around me (they are all pearled or semi-pearled.) Your farro has an amazing texture and taste. Yes, it takes longer to cook but it is so worth it.

    I love your products I have run into an error in your Emmer Ferro directions which can be quite frustrating, it says to 1 cup ferro to 4 cups water or stock, boil for five simmer for 50 to 60 min. I am not the only one who has had the same problem of way too much liquid and double to tripling the liquid out. You may want to look into that For your future printing. I’m currently Still simmering ; 0 I appreciate your lovely company. Be well (360)632-9423
